Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts, born October 28, 1967 on the 28th of October, 1967 in Atlanta to Betty Lou Bredemus & Walter Grady Roberts. Roberts is the fourth Roberts generation that has lived in Atlanta from her grandfather who was a farmer, John Pendleton Roberts. Her father took keen interest from a young age in the stage. While he was a student studying at Emory University from 1952 to 1954, he took part in numerous productions. While stationed in Biloxi in Mississippi, he received his induction into the Air Force in the year 1953. Betty Lou Bredemus was also in the production. In 1955, they got married and in 1956 their child Eric Anthony was born. Walter was enrolled in Tulane University, New Orleans Louisiana. In 1957, the couple quit the Air Force and Walter began his studies at Tulane University. Walter worked for Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. In 1960, the family relocated in Decatur Georgia. In 1964 Walter and Betty Lou began production on the local Saturday morning children's television show called Bum Bum and His Buddies which they funded by themselves. The Actors and Writers Workshop was created in the year 1964 and ran for 6 years. They also had two youngsters Lelisa (called Lisa) Billingsley in 1965 and Julia (called Julie) in 1967.
